If the fixture profile is not available for one of the above-listed platforms, please Submit a Ticket below, including the fixture model and personality mode you need. We will provide one to you in approximately 72 business hours.
If your request is urgent or we cannot accommodate at the time of your request, we will provide the DMX personality reference chart instead. DMX Reference charts can be found on the products at.
If your controller or console of choice is not listed above, we encourage you to engage with your DMX controller's technical support avenues directly. We will provide you the DMX personality reference chart to help expedite your request.
